We build our products to last over extended periods of use, but inevitably everything does eventually wear out. So, when your Sideboard as all things do, you’ll know you’ve gotten the most out of your gear and your experience. Kamahughes branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, except for certain exclusions identified below.

This warranty applies to all Kamahughes branded equipment only . Please carefully review the exclusions to confirm whether your product is covered. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

HOW TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM:

1.      Fill out warranty claim form by downloading the form below 

2.      Print out your claim form 

3.      Package your warranty claim item with your form enclosed inside - make sure to remove all items before shipping! 

4.      All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured via the shipping service of your choosing 

5.      Typical turnaround is at 3 weeks but can stretch to 6 during peak timeframe, then your item will be shipped back free of charge 

6.      If the team is not able to repair your warranty item, they will either return your item to you or issue a gift card, so you may replace the item by ordering on our website-please make sure to select your preference on the warranty claim form
